The principal activity of Unikmind Holdings Limited (‘Unikmind” or the “Company”) is the holding of an investment in KAPE Technologies Plc (“KAPE”). The Company holds 432,860,855 shares in KAPE, representing 98.63% of its issued share capital.

Incorporation 

The Company was incorporated in BVI on 20 March 2014 and has been re-domiciled in the Isle of Man on 15 January 2019, under number 016791V.

Ultimate Beneficial Owner 

The Company is wholly owned by Mr. Teddy Sagi.
